Best USA Online Casinos for Real Money Players in 2026
These are the online casinos that still take real money players from the United States. There are a lot fewer of them than there used to be, and every one of them is an offshore casino, not one licensed by a US state.
We read the terms and banking pages of the casinos we review, and what decides whether you'll be happy with one is rarely what's on its homepage. How fast you get paid and what a withdrawal costs you matter more than the size of the welcome bonus, and so does whether the casino takes players from your state at all. That's what this page is about.

How this list works
The order comes from what we find in each casino's own terms: whether it really takes US players, how its bonuses work once you read the small print, how it pays out and what players report when something goes wrong. No casino can pay to move up. Some of the links on this page earn us a commission, and our How We Make Money page explains how that works.
Our full reviews are on the Casino Reviews page. Every one starts with a key facts box, so you can see the catch before you sign up.
Which casino fits what you want
A casino and sportsbook on one account
Bovada is the one we'd point a sports bettor to. The casino and sportsbook share one account, and once a crypto withdrawal is approved, most coins arrive in under an hour. Check the state list before anything else, though. Bovada turns away players from 19 states plus Washington, DC, and card deposits after your first one carry a fee.
Getting paid quickly in crypto
Slots.lv lets you withdraw Bitcoin, Litecoin or Lightning from $10 and approves crypto withdrawals in about 24 hours. Its weekly limits are high enough that a big win doesn't trickle out over months. It doesn't give no deposit bonuses, and Michigan has told it to stop serving players there, so Michigan players should look elsewhere.
RTG slots
Sloto'Cash has been running since 2007 and is one of the more dependable RTG casinos we cover. Withdrawals usually go out within two business days. iNetBet has been online since 1999 on the same software, and if you deposit regularly, a few of its weekly coupons carry low enough wagering to be worth claiming.
Trying a casino for free
Lucky Creek, Black Lotus, Jumba Bet and Mandarin Palace are sister casinos running Saucify games. Their free offers cap what you can cash out at $100 after 60x wagering, and they only send payouts on set days of the week. Take the free chip, cash out what you can, and don't leave a balance sitting there.
Getting your money in and out
Crypto is the easy way in. A 2006 federal law makes banks and card networks block payments tied to unlawful internet gambling, so a card that works at an offshore casino one day can get declined the next. Every casino we track takes Bitcoin, and most take Litecoin and Ethereum too.
Getting money out is where it gets narrower. At most casinos you choose between Bitcoin, a bank wire or a courier check, and paying back to a card is rare. Bitcoin withdrawals are free almost everywhere. A check typically costs $60 and a wire $50, which takes a big bite out of a $150 cashout.
Expect a pending period of 24 to 72 hours while the casino reviews your request. After that it can be under an hour for crypto at Bovada and Slots.lv, or two to three weeks for a wire. Your first withdrawal also waits on ID checks, and that's often the slowest part.
Plan your deposit with the withdrawal in mind. Lucky Creek and its three sister casinos will only pay you in Bitcoin if at least half of your deposits over the last three months were in crypto. Deposit by card, and you're waiting on a wire or a check.
Big wins don't come out in one go either. Most offshore casinos cap what they pay each week, Sloto'Cash at $5,000 for example, and send the rest in installments. Our deposits and withdrawals guide has the numbers casino by casino.
Read the bonus terms before you deposit
Welcome bonuses at these casinos look huge, and the terms are where they shrink. Lucky Creek advertises 200% up to $7,500, but you have to bet 60 times the bonus and the most you can ever win from it is $1,000. Slots.lv asks for 35 times your deposit plus the bonus.
The max bet rule catches a lot of people. Go over the limit on a single spin while a bonus is active, and some casinos will void everything you've won with it. Before you take any deposit bonus, find the wagering, the cap on winnings and the max bet. If you can't find them, ask live chat and keep a copy of the answer. Our guide on how no deposit bonuses work explains the terms that matter.
Who's behind these casinos
None of the casinos on this page is licensed by a US state. Most say they hold a license from Curacao or Anjouan, and some don't show a license number at all. That means if something goes wrong, there's no US regulator to complain to, only the casino's own complaint process and whatever dispute service its license comes with.
That's why we pay so much attention to complaint records. Each review tells you what players report about getting paid, and our page on what to do when a casino won't pay walks through your options if it happens to you.
Is it legal to play from your state?
It depends on where you live, because each state makes its own rules. Seven states run their own licensed online casinos: Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and West Virginia. If you live in one of them, those state-licensed sites are the legal option. Washington and Louisiana have laws that name the player, not just the casino.
We can't tell you whether you can legally play from where you are. Our US gambling laws by state guide sets out where things stand, and you must be of legal gambling age where you live.
Questions about USA online casinos
Do any of these casinos have a US license?
No. Every casino on this page is offshore, and none of them is licensed by a US state. Most say they hold a license from Curacao or Anjouan, and some show no license number at all, so if a dispute comes up you're dealing with the casino and its regulator, not a US authority. Our Legal Information page explains what that means for you.
Is it legal to play at them from my state?
That depends on where you live, because each state sets its own rules. Seven states run their own licensed online casinos, and Washington and Louisiana have laws that name the player. Our US gambling laws by state guide goes through it state by state.
Why won't some casinos take players from my state?
Each casino keeps its own list of states it turns away, and the lists change. Bovada refuses players from 19 states plus Washington, DC, while Slots.lv shuts out five. Every review lists the states, so check yours before you sign up.
What's the easiest way to deposit from the US?
Crypto. US banks have to block payments tied to unlawful internet gambling, so cards often get declined at offshore casinos, and crypto skips the bank in the middle. It's usually the cheapest and quickest way to cash out too.
Which casinos pay out fastest?
Of the casinos we've reviewed, Slots.lv and Bovada are the quickest with crypto. Slots.lv approves crypto withdrawals in about 24 hours, and Bovada reviews them in 24 to 48 hours and then sends most crypto in under an hour. Our deposits and withdrawals guide compares the rest.
