UpTown Aces Casino Review

UpTown Aces is a solid RTG casino for US slots players, and its terms exclude no US states. The catch with the free chips is 60x wagering plus a $180 lifetime cap on everything you can withdraw from free money, so even a $50 chip can't pay more than $180. Treat the chip as a trial run, and before you deposit, get the welcome bonus's "no max cashout" promise confirmed by chat, since the terms say otherwise.

UpTown Aces dresses up a standard RTG casino as a city. New players start as Tourists and Residents, VIPs move up through Neon, Downtown and Midtown to Uptown, there's a "City Hall" where players post reviews, and once a month an "UPtours" bonus hunt sends you around themed neighborhoods looking for hidden stars. Behind the theme it's a sister of Sloto'Cash with a lot of the same banking, but the bonus rules are different, and those are worth a close look.

250% up front, and a conflict in the terms

The headline offer is 250% up to $2,500 on your first deposit with code UNPACK. The minimum deposit is $25 and the wagering is 30x on deposit plus bonus. The promotions page says the bonus has "no max cashout", and that a deposit bonus here never comes with one.

The terms say otherwise. Version 1.4, in effect since May 2026, caps withdrawals from any deposit bonus over 100% at 15 times the deposit unless the offer says different. UNPACK's own wording should win, but a $100 deposit capped at $1,500 versus no limit at all is a big difference. Ask live chat to confirm in writing before you play the bonus, and save the transcript.

At 30x, a $100 deposit with $250 in bonus means $10,500 in bets. Only slots count. Blackjack, video poker, craps, baccarat and American roulette are excluded, and so are nine named jackpot and poker games, Aztec's Millions and Spirit of the Inca among them. The max bet during a bonus is $10.

Free chips cost more to clear here

UpTown Aces gives every new account a $10 chip with no deposit, and ours is a different code, whose specifics appear once it's applied to your account. The general free bonus terms are stiffer than at its sister Sloto'Cash: 60x by default, against 40x there. Cashouts are capped at five times the bonus, and on top of that the total you can ever withdraw from free money promotions is $180, so even a $50 chip can't pay more than $180. Free bonus wins of $25 to $50 need a utility bill matching your address. Plan for a small win, not a big one.

Banking for US players

Limits per methodBitcoin and wire $100 to $2,500 per transfer, $2,500 a week, $10,000 a month. Check $150 to $3,000, $3,000 a week, $12,000 a month
Overall weekly limitUp to $5,000 a week, depending on VIP level
FeesBitcoin free. Wire and check fees differ even on the casino's own page ($50 or $60 for wire, $60 or $30 for check)
TimingWithin 72 business hours

The per-method caps are tighter than the overall $5,000 suggests: Bitcoin alone tops out at $2,500 a week. A large win comes out over several weeks, and if you take it by wire or check, you'll pay fees each time. Money you put in must be bet at least once before it can leave, and any card you use has to be in your own name. The terms let the casino ask where your money came from and how you funded the card.

Instant cashback pays back part of a deposit you lost without taking a bonus. It carries 10x wagering and you claim it through chat within 72 hours. VIP status is by invitation, so reaching a deposit level doesn't guarantee the tier. At Midtown and above the max bet rule goes away and withdrawals are processed faster.

Games

This is an RTG lobby, with new titles every month. In October those included Hot Pots Master Spicy Feast and Henferno. The games page says 399-plus slots, 20-plus table games and a few crash games. There's no live dealer and no sportsbook. Fortunate Buddha, Sweet 16 and Cash Bandits 3 sit at the top of the popular list.

Who's behind it, and who it accepts

The terms name no company. UpTown Aces is a sister site to Red Stag, Slots Capital and Fair Go, and the group has closed several brands over the years, Desert Nights most recently in October 2025. The casino's own City Hall page says it was founded in 2012. There's no licence on the site.

No US states are excluded in the terms. Unlike its sister Red Stag, UpTown Aces wasn't in Michigan's 2025 orders. You must be 18, and support is in English only.

Ratings, on the site and off it

City Hall shows 4.9 out of 5 from 134 reviews, but those are posted on the casino's own site and nothing says they're verified, so set them aside. Independent player feedback is lower but respectable, and no regulator action came up. The 2026 complaints mention verification hoops, fee-bearing wires and checks, and losing bonus eligibility after a payout. The praise mentions Bitcoin cashouts within two days.

Before you sign up

UpTown Aces is a solid RTG casino with an unusually fun loyalty setup, and the UNPACK match is generous if the "no max cashout" promise holds. Get that confirmed by chat first. Treat the free chips as a trial run, given 60x wagering and a $180 lifetime cap on free money. Withdraw by Bitcoin, the only way out without a fee.
